You can add rep via friendlist, too, if suffering from the very cummon crashing bug when trying to open participant list:
open friendlist
drag out the name from FL via left mouse button
click on it with right mouse button
chose the wanted action (not sure how its called, maybe 'event' or 'interaction'
)
