The point of such a list is not to ashame people.
Its to show
MA do take action against scamer.
Its IMHO usefull against scamer , because they will know
MA may ban them ( actualy i know more scamer that play that people loked) , and , make player a bit more confident in
MA action.
Right now main feeling and i share it 100% is ,
MA ban only when
MA loss directly money.
