MA had such a list 3 year ago , it would force themself to work a bit on the lock and ban of cheater.
I am also sure , when people see the list start growing with people they have saw , abusing pixie bug on pupugi , autocolor , scan auctioner..... a lot , and i mean a lot less people would cheat in game.
We would have never saw something like 10 or 15 top 10 player using hunting bot...
What would have bee the gain ?
Probably the skill nerf would have been way less bad , and specially for defence skill and healing...
I am not game speciallyst , but i am sure its more easy to keep general balance healthy when you have 99% of player that are playing with rules...
How many old player havent cheated and used bug back then ? 1% ? i am not sure we even can find that amount...
Not because people are all cheater , but because back then , it was comon practice , and if you whant to compette , you had no choise than cheating...

MA ban cheater , scamer ... right now?
beside bot user , som auction 101 bug abuser ( locked 3 day what a shame) and people that have buy ped deposited with stolen card, i dont ear much about people that are locked or baned....
Finally , i havent see much people whine after forum , because when a post is deleted we still can see their name and rules number... neither i have see complain because banned forumer have write banned under their name.
I havent ear much about country where you can not know what a court said when they judge someone.
You may not be abel to see or ear , or even read , what happened in the court , because som special case.But you always now if people are innocen , or guilty , and if guilty , exactly what is the problem and what they have to pay back at societty ( money , jail time , work...)
hidden things create allways more problem than show off.
And if evryone is soo bothered by the power of such a list.
