This list will never happen.
MA dont have the time to investigate and bring up proof what account is a legal ban for scamming or what account is locked by mistake.
They barely have time to do ordinary support. It takes mostly 1-3 weeks to get an answer from support.
If they ban someone and put in list and later after say like 3 weeks discover that it was a mistake lock the person with the locked accout is allready named "scammer" for all in
EU that reads the list.
And if a deal is accepted and final its not a scam
MA would deal in even if you are scammed in the deal. So those scammers will never go in list.
If someone that really is a scammer that
MA DO ban, they are allready out of the game and you will never see the player again, at least not with that scam-account.
Or do you want to sit and read the list and laugh and feel fine?
Theres really no point of that. Just be glad that the scammer is gone.
