A verdict is after a trial, a lock if done by
MA without warning and without trial. That is a big difference.
I'm not against
MA showing they have a good policy and act on everyone the same way. Showing that they are serious business and that the rules are worth more than the $ in the long run.
Imho a list is not solving the root of the problem people have.
