Better do some tests on counting while bombing/running. A common acceptance, and following Steffel's answer (ty, Steff), is to count 15 seconds till throwing the next bomb.
I did some tests a long time ago, and when i made a claim, just run from it without clossing the finder, so you can see the distance, and try to improve your counting skill
