Since you ask.
The reason behind the question is I am planning to have enough ped in game to be able to buy peoples large globals or small Hofs (< 5k worth). I was trying to get a feel for the actual interest in selling their Hof's like this.
No, I am not a Noob. (ok maybe a little, not a Uber definatly).
I am doing due dilligence in trying to create a business.
