1. MA Knows exactly what we are doing
2. We informed them by emails before we went public
3. In their answers you will not find a single word that is against this kind of business
4. We had some problems with a bank transfer before we bought the hangar and MA helped us to get the PED right on time on our PED card
5. a half dozens phone calls were made and the Fund management asked a high representative of MA whether our Fund is in any conflict with then bank licencees
6. The clear answer is NO - it isn't
7. We never declared us as a bank
8. We never offered typically bank services
9. We donot loan money, Investors loan money to the Fund instead.
