The tool should not be used to get values with accuracy up to the last PED. In your case, I would not even bother chipping MMS, for instance. I would read your results as:

and be prepared to spend around ~1.2k-1.3k ped.

Second it was not meant in any way as a critic at your very good tool
Third a error of 3 to 4 % is surely not bad
Forth I noticed this behavoir some weeks ago for the first time and thought when I discovered again and again that maybe only a little error in code is responsible for it.
Fifth Cor, come one you need to skill some to get us into Top 50 skillwise.
