It was an interesting bid fight.
Actually I would rather say that the best deal was made by sledgehammer and it's too bad I was limited to 36k peds only. Next time I'll prepare some more.
I don't think the other 2 lands are such great deal tho. As I already own a land and I discussed with some landowners I would say that :
The first land at 40K would be paid back in like 2 years depending on the DNA. The other 2 between 3,5 and 4 years. That's quite a lot of time providing that
MA may change stuff in the futur ... We never know.
Tho it's worth the risk I think.
Well of course if some very rare dnas are to come then even the crapiest land would make nice money.
And yeah for the land with the TP inside I would go for plenty atrax ^^ as they aggro from far, ppl would have to kill them ^^
