Yes, I was also reading about that Moon Human Knowledge Archive about a year ago.
I for one am very saddened by the way the manned space flight developed.
The start was great - Apollo
, then in early seventies it went all horribly wrong

Returning to the Moon by 2019
in 50 years = 1/2 Century from the first Lunar Landing
that is hardly an achievement
, let alone progress.
We should have permanent manned Mars bases by then !!!
