Guides are paid employees of MindArk. To become one you will need to apply for a job vacancy when it comes up and be willing to work in Sweden. Of course, there will be restrictions on what MindArk employees can do in
EU, so you will probably have to abandon your current avatar.
If you want to help out new players as just a normal participant yourself, you should become a mentor.
