We have checked our log files and you are not missing any loot. The issue that you were experiencing was that the creatures you hunted were missing the message that lets you know those creatures didn't carry any loot and we are already working to get that fixed.

We understand your disappointment. However, the Entropia Universe is designed to be dynamic and this affects all areas, including the loot system. At some times the loot can be lower and at others higher. By killing a bigger mob with better health your chances to get better loot generally increase, but there is no guarantee. Make sure that your equipment matches your skills, since using equipment superior to your skills can cause higher costs. You may also consider asking other participants about good hunting areas and what mobs to hunt. Perhaps you should also consider trying out some of the other professions within the Entropia Universe?

As you probably understand, we cannot give you any more detailed information about the core dynamics of the Entropia Universe, but you will probably have more success next time.

Here's another interesting thing to think about...

I work in IT, and part of what I do is onsite support for a variety of customers. Of these, one of our more interesting ones is a "Skill Game" parlor. If you've never seen these, they're akin to electronic slot machines, where a grid of images must be made into lines of matching images in order to get any sort of payout.

What most people do not know, because they never get to see the back end software that runs these things is this:

They are programmed NOT TO PAY OUT A WINNING HAND until they have taken in a preset amount of money.

No amount of skill or luck in the universe can change this. The programming simply will not allow a winning "hand" until the machine has met its intake quota.

And once they do pay out a winner, that quota is reset.

Unless they changed something rather drastically this last update a daspletor carrying no loot is a blatant lie, nothing less...
(Killed 1000+ in each dome in our AoW-teams and never got a nolooter be it young or stalker alike, so yes im pretty sure...)

Seems the one handling that supportcase should get a kick in the ass and a mandatory second kick to the balls as well...

edit: I particularly like the last responce treating you like a total idiot... Pretty clear your supportcase isnt about "bad loot" but about something that should be impossible if the person handling it had checked how hunting dasp actually works...

Yes , after 5 year playing , i get parkinssong , and TT my item ....i am also getting blind and dont see i did it...

But what can be done ?
The "log" say i did TT it ... so i must have done that ....
