yes, but most likely you wouldnt have to give me a deposit anyway, if i am going to lend you something, i trust you to give it back, only time i took security on an item i lent, the item wasnt mine, and it wasnt my item to do as i wish....even after the situation with my adj fap i still lent my imp2870. my shadow and my next adj fap with no security, i am an honor system kinda girl, people think im stupid, but who would be the smart one if ma did go under... meeeeeee.... cus i wouldnt have to come up with 30k to pay u back hehe

The question is rigged, it would directly depend on how MA would handle the fallout. If everyone lost everything, then no I would feel no obligation, as in we ALL lost everything and I am not MA's insurance policy. However if anything at all was paid back from MA I would pay back the loan. Again directly depending on how much MA paid back eg. MA pays 100% of what is owed to my avatar I will pay back 100% of all outstanding loans regardless of if my Avatar had enough PED to do so, MA pays 50% I pay 50% regardless of if the Avatar had it available or not at the time of shutdown. The key in this discussion is the PED/USD exchange but that assumes that there will always be a PED and a Dollar to exchange. If one side of that were to disappear then everything on that side is lost. For instance two countries have a fixed exchange rate Country A and country B. People from country A exchange $ with country B, People in country A loan same $ now in country B's currency to someone in country B. Now comes the tricky part, from some unknown source country B is wiped from existence. Now it would appear that people from country A are now out their money as it NO LONGER EXISTS.
