WARNING - Far west amethera bugged

just to let you all know,

the far west amethera (artic section) is bugged - about midway down the artic section I CTD - i cannot now log back in with out CTD within 10 seconds at most.

I have tried logging in on a second computer - this on does not CTD, it turns itself off.


I have logged in with my GF's account (she on eudoria right now) on both the above computers- it all works fine.

I would sugggest avoiding this area for now.

If you are already experiencing these problems i would recomend submitting a support case asking for your avi to be moved.

sry i dont have the exact coords of where this is happening, i cannot staying game long enought to get the coords.

The problem is the trees. The place is full of thousands and thousands of trees. IF your pc isn't absolutely in tip top condition (settings and drivers etc) then I imagine you will be crashing. Ask MA to remove the damn trees !!!

not sure if it is the trees.
my card is pretty new. upgraded the whole machine about 3 months ago.
and i had been wandering around that area for a while. In fact i was in the sea when i crashed so most of the area was tree less.


Edit: enabled the lowest graphics settings in Client loader, made no difference

I had 2 CTD there, but when I changed back to 1st person view from 3rd, I
managed to get out of area. probably just luck thou'...
