Every country, regardless of its self opinion, has bad people in it. Some countries have yet to adopt stringent internet laws. Until they do, equal treatment is not going to happen.

I'm sorry that a land where some of my mates reside is still catching up on this; I'm also sorry that we, as a race, sometimes feel the desire to take that which is not ours...and I speak as a person who used to think just that way before I got my head screwed on straight.

By the same token, laws are only a stepping-stone to self-determination...any muppet can get round them if they bother to think about it.

Personally, if MA is implimenting a policy of extra ID I think they should make it a blanket requirement for all countries...not just single out the places where it is necessary or it leads to the type of bigoted attitude that has certain groups branded as evil because of the actions of a minority.

I have to disagree with u, I think its a shame this is neccesary Im not blaming romanians, Well i am, but only the organised hacking/cracking part of the playerbase.

I think that sometimes drastic measures have to be taken, and right no countries are blocked and MA doesnt ask id from all romanians that join up. Only from the ones that do not pass the security test, Of which I dont know the procedures.

And whats the problem with sending a copy of a valid ID, its for your own good thats all there is to it in this matter.
It may not always be as nice, But this Virtuel Universe has alot at stake for alot of player. And nobody wants to lose there avatar+gear.

We all know that, Skam. Everything that tends to go in a personal dispute should be taken to PM. But this is not the case here. Someone should not just dicriminate freely on a public forum and wash their hands easily with it. Some posts hehe are damn offensive and THOSE should be corrected. And this is not even a personal dispute, somebody just had the guts to put the scammer label on a whole country. That is just awfully wrong.

I never said Romania= Land of scammer, I just say that there happens to be a Hacking hype going on which is based in Romania, So to prevent Those people this stuff happens., and good people pay for it, But atleast they dont pay in loosing there avvie later on.

Well, I doubt he meant It seriously. It was obviously a little tounge In cheek joke. Im sure he hasn't got some deep evil hatred for Romainian players. Thinking they're all scammers. Also, it was MA that first made the first step In blindly categorising a country as all scammers.

This being said, it's all undone now, (The MA country block) and this little joke shouldn't be taken as a prejudice statement. At least I didn't see It as that anyway...

And for the record. I have some good friends from Romania, and they're not scammers. And I didn't find this Insulting to me, being friends with some ect.

And, btw, if you are so knowledgeble about this Hacking hype that is based in Romania, can you give us more information about it? Maybe this way we can defend ourselves from it. If you come with good information about that and proof, you'll get a +rep from me.
