I fear this thread has been infiltrated by Omegaton agents. They are highly skilled impersonators, and could easily assume any of our identities. I am not even sure this is me writing now.
I have taken the code known as "The AkiranBlade Fragment" to a cryptanalyst, who has decoded it as follows : ¯—|:zeé£.ýÙ Has Omegaton discovered a use for WingDings, or is the alternate translation "175 151 15 124 58 122 101 233 163 46 253 217 1" more accurate? We stand on the brink of calamity, and peering into the abyss, we can only trust that the brave citizens of Calypso will have the resolve to see this to its conclusion. Take heart, Thoreau, you are NOT alone. |

They made up our past, and sent us over here. The robots are here not because they misfunctioned but because Omegatron needs to keep control.
And they only let the strongest survive, who now dominate areas where they can kill other criminals. Dam what kind of crime have i commited :P Wait im the devil, i should be here, hmm. Is this my home? Hell? |

There must be a secret base located somewhere on Eudoria as mentioned in a previous quote that talked about running code through a "Central Matrix"
We must unite as colonists and excavate until we find this matrix Maybe Robot Spaceships are not robotic at all but rather outposts of the Omegaton, one day we'll get too close...and they'll have to execute the next Phase of their PLAN Operation ........... ********** *this post has been censored by Omegaton* Happy Making money for us ![]() |

I am rather suprised to learn that only now are some realizing that we are more as prisoners and than colonists. although, colonists we are still, as calypso is a penal colony. one of the nice things about a penal colony is that there isn't much need for government. as we all are aware, law and government are lacking, here.
interestingly, I always thought it was rather convenient that everyone had the same arrival story of their transport being destroyed and revival on exodus. and speaking of the exodus station, has anyone ever been back to it? even with our touted space flight capacity, it's not possible to reach exodus. I always thought is was rather odd that upon launch every space craft has a systems malfunction - knocking out the crew and relying on the autopilot to take the ship to only the places it knows about. so, we get the crystal palace and not exodus. a deserted station, clearly marked with omegaton logos, where the only staff are a couple of opportunist auctioneers, a few strippers, and a pair of barkeeps who never have any wares. I wonder if all the so-called barkeeps are nothing more than omegaton agents operating under the guise of a service provider. anyway, to get back to the crystal palace, it is obviously an alien DNA laboratory running on automatic. it's set up for us to harvest material from. material that is required for some goods. we take all the risks. pods? yes. we all work to benefit our unseen captors. this is why they are so pleased to take all our goods with their recycle ("trade") terminals. has one ever noticed that these terminals will take anything at bargain prices and provide only the very basic of equipment? this is, obviously, by design. there is a connection between the robots and omegaton. I don't know what that is, though. I hadn't considered them being the foot soldiers for omegaton, but that seems more and more likely. if we know where the dreaded robot homeworld is, why do we not raid it? they do that to us - including continously destorying the incoming new arrival transports. the umbranoids are a mystery, as well. perhaps, the ancestors of the umbraniods, the zychionians, discovered omegaton's terrible secret and had to be destroyed. of course, an entire race is difficult to completely destroy. the umbranoids would, of course, see us as nothing more than another wave of omegaton pawns. pawns? oh yes... have you noticed that the omegaton corporation now markets corporate clothing like the walkers? normally, I spend most of my time in the wilderness, so I might just be developing acute paranoia. but then again, maybe not. I'll just have to keep my guard up when in the outposts and towns. |

those robots are up to something. it would not surprise me, if their so-called home world is actually a clandestine omegaton factory. Last edited by kira-red; 05-30-2007 at 21:19.. Reason: fogot a single word which changed the intended meaning of a whole sentence. |

I remember back in November of 2005 when I personally spotted Professor Barton standing around nervously in Twin Peaks after he had supposedly come up missing. Being that he was the most skilled robot investigator on Calypso, and with the conspiracy theories about Omegaton Industries controlling the robots, I can see how they would want to get rid of him. According to my logs he kept making slight mentions about a space station in regards to how he escaped. Could this have something to do with him trying to secretly tell us about the Crystal Palace sabotage. This opens up a cold case...
The following thread includes a screenshot of a scanned professor Barton as proof, created November of 2005...The reason I finally created an EF account to spread the news: Professor Niels Barton Returns! |
