Sounds like another virtual world I know of...

I don't think there will be any casinos in-world in the near future, those were banned in another MMO because it was against the law.

You never know what the current, Swedish, government might do, though - seeing how it would be in their area to allow it. SL had them removed becase of US law.

That sounds a lot like... colonizing... and a whole lot like something I've been talking about in my thread on housing. They really need to get back to this part of the original plan.

Well there are hangers, and I've seen Exchange Terminals that have been closed since I started here. So they started do this a little bit at least.

None of these features appeal to me at all. Shopping at Calypso's Wal*Mart is just not what I'm looking for here. Besides, I have bought a CD since 1990, nor read a book that wasn't a technical manual in just as long.

Waterworld! This would be cool. So would a 3rd continent, as well as the rest of Amethera unlocked, and the edges of the map at least connected together, so that traveling far enough in one direction will bring you back to the "other side" - thus making the world feel "round".

Instead, we've got two continents, a space station, and a commercial asteroid - the last two of which aren't worth the expense of visiting if you've not a fortune already tied up.

There is so much amazing possibilities going unused right now... but I'm glad to have at least gotten a foot in the door for now.
