Regarding PoE Armor, I added the entry on main post. As far as I know there was only one sell of Poe, the one that ND had it and he sold it to Tzepu.

Perhaps Tzepu can post here the estimate price that he payed for it, or PM me with the price and I will update the main post.

Before such a thred will exist pls define me what OVERPRICED means?

Who defines the value of an item is the question that you should ask yourself before making such posts?

Every item in eu has an tt value wich is their TRUE value. The markup we pay for that item it's decided by us the EU players and it's the VIRTUAL value of the item.

Ppl pay as much as they consider it's fair for an item to aquire it and this price is decided by many factors.
It's their money and neither me nor anyone else can tell them what amout to pay for that item because we might consider consider that our price it's a fair price. It's how things happen IRL and how they will happen in EU too because EU is a Real Cash Eonomy. If you want to purchase an item and someone has one for sale, he/she is free to ask for any amount of ped he wants. If you consider it as a good investment and, a fair price and you have the ped to buy it, then buy the item, else step aside and let others buy it. If nobody will buy it for that price, then the seller will be forced to lower the price for that item.

EU has now a few years since it first started and has grown a certain history around it. Items that have different characteristics that makes them rather unique, such as speed, high proctection factor, high dmg/sec, number of items in game, will always sell for a high price no mather what others whine on EF.

If MA decided tomorrow to drop MM on every global on a certain mob, like they do with the korss on feffs, then the market will regulate the price of MM to a low price. But since only 1 MM has droped in past year, then it's fair that the price for this item to increase over time because it has features that makes it unique among a certain class of items in EU and every EY player wants to own one.

I will probably be flamed by you and get a -REP but I can leave with it. I said my mind about your post and any possibly future posts like yours.

I would like to remember everyone that this is a thread where I will try to record sales of expensive items in EU and not to comment them nor try to set their price nor to use it to speculate the market.

Price on those items might drop or increase, I will only try to record the highest price ever payed for aquiring that item.

And for this I need the help of the entire EU and EF community because this is a good PR for our beloved EU

I would like to store all these items in an excel document wich is aslo useful to calculate total price when new items are added or price will change for certain items.

Can anyone help me by makeing this excel and with a place to store it on a webserver to make it available to everyone who wants to download it?

The name of the one that wants to make the excel and of the one who will store it on a webserver will both be included on the main post.

If nobody wants to help me with this, I will do it on my own in a few days.
I just thought to give others a chance to be a part in maintaining the list on the main post.

very expensiv "virtual" items rather scare new ppl then attract... if we want to make GREAT PR for EU beter make a list of :

biggest ATH's, biggest silent ATH's ... silent hOFS, nice ITEMS LOOTES (not looted long time ago and now with crazy prices) ...

and the best possible move ever : ask MA to make a HOF LIST (the same as ingame) on their WEBSITE !!! just imagine ppl visiting it and looking at all those dayly HOFs and ATHs...

I see some LA prices are 'updated' with the original prices from when they first purchased.

I sold LA28 for 300K, it was updated in the list and now I see it in the list for 136K?

Some other LA prices seems to be 'updated' with the original prices without taking into consideration that the has been sold for more and that this info has been provided already.

Sry DRDoom, the prices were indeed "updated" to their initial sale price. I checked the list again and I modified the price for LA28 to what you said in your initial post.

Are there other LA's that you know to have wrong prices on the list?
