I am sure alot of us feel that way at some point in time. I tried to have fun while in the game and not bitch about my bad luck. I play the game to have fun, just like everyone else. No one likes to hear about how lousy my day is, they are there to have fun too. So I do most of my bitching offline, playing other games and just taking a break from it all

And there are those rare occasions where I am online and create the fun without having to spend alot of ped doing it......this weekend I had a blast louring a falx into OWH and spent 2 hours with others laughing my ass off at each other dyeing and teasing it.

IMO I think this game is lacking free activities to entertain ppl who don't always want to sweat, collect dung and/or fruit.

Great post there. I think this is a thread everyone should read and come back to once in a while just for a reminder. It`s hard to have full patience all the time. I have always said it is probably the most important thing to have in EU after ped.

The irony is that this Virtual world is as "real" as the real world - people, resources, various professions. While your take is not good marketing for getting new Entropians, it should be compulsory reading for any new member once they join.

Softhart raises a good point - more activities would be nice - lets hope the big Cryengine update provides many new possibilities, maybe even some futuristic cheeses
I think that to have a plot-line in Entropia would take from the ultimate random plot-line generator ->600k+ human-controlled avatars.

Being dis-heartened with poor results or bad luck - that's life, a rollercoaster of highs and lows, be it IRL or in Entropia.

The question is do you want to be the best you can be? If so then carry on regardless Stubborn Determination is a definite advantage to any player here.

I remember this thread, Sparkz... and I agree. Good call on the necro and the sticky suggestion. Up front, honest, to the point... what every growing newbie needs to start their life in EU.

Being myself a (almost) 3 month noob, i took my time reading some here, Alice's guides, and everything i could find (good and bad) before even trying to log on, after that, well... i'm sticking with it, patiently, and slowly, depoing when and what i can... having fun, sweatin or just pissin off soc mates in chat for some laughs
