and i am sure every single one of them has to deal with people everyday giving excuses about how 'they were lucky to get in while they could' and that 'no one today could do it like they did' by people that have given up before they even started.

To all those that claim that only long-timers were able to succeed without depositing (much), have a look at this thread.

While it is true that I am by no means Uber (circa 70k skill), nor have any great items (yet), consider that I have been in EU for less than a year and a half. If you read the first post carefully, you will also see that I have never ever actively traded (reselling), and have not sold any free-to-get stuff since starting to record my progress. I did sell sweat initially since that was the only option to get PED without depositing at the time.

So it is still possibly to succeed if you have the time, willpower and dedication.

Just playing smart is quite hard these days And getting harder... but hey its possible. I can not complain.

I have nothing to comment on Stormers and Pham career since its is basically luck based - in a casino 10 PPL will lose their life savings, 10k will lose some pocket money and 1 will walk out with a jackpot.

You wont find me amazed by that, but you wont find me complaining either. But I wouldnt call that hard work (RL examples excluded).

Then again: The life of a billionaire sounds amazing; the money, the freedom, the houses etc... but that's after years of slaving away, 24-7 to get the business empire going, and keep it running. It's stress like you wouldn't believe. Decisions that mean millions of dollars? Screw that. I'd prefer to die with $20 having had an easy life spent laughing with my loved ones... money ain't everything.

That seems 2 be the only way 2 make money in this game. My personal experience in this game is as follows. In 2 years of playing and around 120 K total skill points. Ive had ONE mining find over 1 K peds worth Crude oil 3998 peds. As a NOOOOB ? NOTHING worth mention after that. And ONE Uber global hunting 5468 Peds which MA took back VERY fast. And thats my experiences, when i had a streak with luck MA kicks me down the hole again. So i cant for my life understand that thoose Ubers have NOT been depositing EVER ??? IF thats true theres just one explanation. They have been Merchants "resellers"
Another little funny thing worth mentioning maybe. Dont get critical against MA on the forums Cause every time i put up some BAD critics against them here. Guess what happend 4 a VERY loong time

....you played under a cloud of dislike and therefore got bad returns? Or you hit a losing streak? LOL if MA gave bad loot to everyone who complained, they'd all stop. Not good business. If MA gave good loot to all who complained, more would complain. Not good business. Leaving a random loot distribution with a percentage of return that makes them profit while still providing some reward for playing; good business. MA changing loot because of someone having a go at them would only happen if all of MA's staff were 9 years old. (not having a go at you btw)
