I'd +rep you JohnCapital but I have to spread the rep around more.

I think what would be cool is when you click the "Change Continent" button, the current continent spins out of the way as the next one moves into view, as if someone has spun a globe of the planet.

I guess that's for the wishlist section though, and is probably low down on MA's priority list.

I think it's safe not to expect any real huge changes, especially regarding land and the map, until after the Cryengine change-over.

In some ways I don't really see why the two continents couldn't appear on one map really. The map would need more zoom options (I think the Amethera map could do with another level of zoom anyway) but I can't really think of any other reason not to have it all on one map.

I believe that MA was smart enough to create a clustering system, in which every area is hosted on a diffrent machine: less lag, stuff are alot faster..

The max range finder shows a claim is 400m, so if we get a claim within 400m from a TP, we will be able to TP and see if the finder still shows which direction ...

Interesting find ... I went to the "smile face" and swam to the south edge of map, loaded my TP chip and clicked on the bottom of map, I got a message:

"You can only teleport to a location on the same continent"
