Yes, Post Awards are publicly viewable, which is one of the primary differences to the reputation system (where comments are private).

Yes, a post can be awarded multiple times, but not by the same Senior Member.

I checked the database, and there is no record of a post award given to you. Most likely, MB made an EFD donation to you before the post award system was activated.

The implementation of the Senior Member program had no effect on existing post awards.
