Is it possible to delete image from Gallery

I upload one picture twice and would like to delete it from Gallery. Is it possible?

I do not find a way please help.

Only administrators can delete images from the forum gallery.

Please send me a PM with a link to the image you would like deleted, and I will remove it.

That is a facility I have often wanted, to be able to delete images that I have uploaded, as it is far too often I upload things only to find the size was wrong or something, fix and upload it again, old sigs no longer used etc.

I remember asking about it back when MB was boss, and after 711 came on board, as I wondered if it wouldn't be helpful to them as well as saving space on the servers, as tons of old images or images uploaded in error are just wasting space, but can't remember now what the answer was about why that tool wouldn't/couldn't be implemented for members, 711 remind me?

I don't beleive this...

I reckon you accidentally uploaded a Really Embarassing picture and don't want the rest of us to see it...

711 - if indeed I am correct, please create a new thread proudly displaying the offending picture to the whole community... whaddya say?

You can replace the image file (Edit Image is the option name, I think) with a different one, so one way to get rid of the image you want to delete would be to replace the old image with a new one the next time you want to upload something, instead of posting a new image as usual.

I dont see update image option. In case it is possible it will work for me. Can you explain how to update image?

Image Tools ---> Edit ---> Replace (and there you upload some other picture).

I am sorry could you please explain where to find this Image tools menu?

I am opening gallery then My staff menu and open My images. May be I am wrong?

yes.. and after you go to "My Images".. click on the pic you wanna replace.. and there you should have somethign like this:
