On other game forums it's quite common with the first-thing. Mostly in replies to devs/official reps/GMs posts for some reson.

I would say a big reason why the first isn't as big here is because there isn't as many actual dialogues with the devs/reps/GMs as there are in other games (rather than just notifications & updates posted), meaning the first-people dont have as big a reason to try and get that 2 second attention from the OP by having the first reply.

It doesn't matter if you're first or last. It's the content that matters. Really.
