i have got a few -reps. most of them are because my message was misunderstood. in one specific case the -repper thought i was advocating cheating when i questioned the recent MA locks. it was before we knew why the locks happened (bad peds) and i was questioning the definition of an exploit by MA. i mean, really, they called pressing 't' an exploit, same with butt sliding.

the 24 hour limiter will actually expire sooner it is dependent on your oldest rep given out.. so if the oldest was given out 23.5 hours ago you will be able to give another rep in .5 hours.

Yes....and whats wrong with a little flick on the skull?

I *usually*only return -rep if the -rep comment or a post from the person about the post from the person would warrant a -rep as a stand-alone statement.
