I agree that your inital post was fine but its the whole "but isnt he banned" "why was he banned" posts that would obviously follow the inocent post...

I personally would have left it locked I cant see a problem with letting people know and since he has no access then I see no reason to leave the thread open for "more happy bdays" and for it too degenerate into the obvious shit storm I've posted above.

I think the mods made a decision to stop the shit storm before it happened, I have to give them my support on that front, but deletion no I dont agree, a lock would have been enuf.

anyway heres not the place to debate the rights and wrongs, i just wanna see what rule it was i broke

we are constantly told ef is all about the community, and imo wishing buddys birthday greetz is what a sense of community is all about anyway

lol kygon, dont try to twist my words, did i say that it imporved the community? nope so dont put word in my wouth. i was saying that a sense of community is built around friendships, i am sure u have good buddies ingame and that you would wish them well when they have a celebration. if someone repeatedly proves they cannot abide by the rules of the EF community and repeatedly tries to subvert the forum with multiple accounts etc. then do they deserve get a birthday shout? you might be familiar with an expression "you cant have your cake and eat it"

BUT I AGREE no reason for a delete, a lock would have been enough for a birthday shout out, you'd be happy, I'd be happy the thread didnt degenerate into the same old BS (and we BOTH know that thread had potential to turn shit)

Are you allowed to advertise your ingame wares (ie from your shop)? And in what forum should this take place (selling, services, shops)?

I only suggest you make a rule about b-day threads. It's all about clarity.

And while you're at it - make some rule about posting IRL marriges and child births in the 'Uber loots' or 'Achivements' sections. I never wanted to report a thread like that but, frankly, they're breaking the rules so I suggest you make an 'IRL Happy Happenings' forum where all those can be moved.

The thread was created to , "what ever will happen" be showed as a point made.

If neo delette , then , see how bad is neo... If neo dont delete then , see how stupid is neo he havent see the thread.

What is the situation...From my knowledge , knukles has been baned several time from this forum way before neo own it...This mean , for many people and mainly from admin he is not welcome here.

Its not just neo who dont like him its many person.
I dont see the point to have a forumer in a forum suposed to share information and help eatch other that write in 1 post on 2 , " cry more noob" and such a things.

If oneday knukles become adult , maybe he will be alowed to come here again.
