Customized Title Issues

Hello All,
Hopefully some one can shed some light on the issue I'm having...

Earlier today I was editting some info in my profile, Added something to my sig, and then I thought to change my "custom title".. I searched every under the User CP ans Settings/Options and I just don't see where it is

Now my title reads "Prowler" which is the default... I'd like to know how to change it... And I'd also like to ask while I'm here... Are we going to be able to Color our names again?

I'm a complete PC noob so bare with me... chances are I've probably over looked the silly option
