Question: Calling all ghoul owners

i was going to ask support if at some point they
could change ghoul to distinguish it from gnome
and i thought id ask other owners what they think first

i dont know about you but every time i go on a becon and loot
lots of gnome i then spend half an hour at the tt terminal nervously
checking,re checking,making shure i checked,triple checking,and
generaly pooping myself
incase i put my shiny ghoul in the tt
have nearly done it only once and that was enough

plus in sum small way i do feel that +10k ped over gnome does
justifiy some differance

and no other 2 armors in game are identical


The point of this thread is realy
(1).would enough ghoul owners want to have the look changed.
(2).would enough ghoul owners be prepared to put a support to this effect.

im not talking spikes and fins here
just mabe a black border round the green or just a slightly differnt shade

id realy appreciate your veiws

I'd be tempted to buy a set if they did add spikes and fins. Maybe even a tail to boot. lol. Perhaps they could make gnome a different color too. Perhaps a Chartreuse and Brown theme? Perhaps give Gnome spikes and fins? Maybe they could model Ghoul's armor after your avatars looks, with the undead/crow theme ya have going on. White with black trim. Done properly Ghoul could look much sharper with a mere color change.

Ghoul armor's main attraction to me is the fact that it looks like gnome

i don't own ghoul, but i plan on it someday. i do hope it doesn't look like a lowend armor when i do get my hands on it.

Best way to keep from tt'ing your nice armor on accident is to put it on the you cant tt it. You also can't tt it if you have plating on it unless the game is messed up

Im with HeeHaw on this.. i like the fact that my ghoul looks like gnome.
Means begging noobs think my avatar is not as well off as it really is, unless they think to scan me.
ghoul looking like gnome makes for good urban camoflage makes it look like your just as poor as them at first glance
As far as confusing it with looted gnome in the TT machine, i just make sure im VERY careful what i TT each and every time.
There is lots of other junk loot that can be mistaken for quality gear.
so it pays to be careful with every visit to the tt to tt junk.
would be a shame to tt a mod merc by mistaking it for an ep-13
or an imp2870 mistaking it for a low end m2200.
due to said vigilance i have never mistakenly TTed something important

I kind of get a kick out of the fact that it looks like gnome. My only complaint is that the colors got crappy last year. I really wish it were white again.

As far as accidental tt'ing, it's much more difficult to accidentally tt your armor than your EK2900.

Well, you dont have to worry about looting Ghoul from a beacon mission. since the armor is crafted (wich makes it non-lootable

edit; I now read ur post more carefully and noticed u said, TT'ing ur OWN ghoul :P my bad. . i totally forgive u!

But I totally agree on the change of looks..
