PoE Footguards given to PoE owners

yes, of course.

but, how is this different, other than in extreme, from what everyone else is faced with? why should these sets of armour deserve special status and treatment? anyway, the delay in handing out the free foot guards is a little suspicious. they could have done that right at the begining and made a statement about a special case. that storm would have likely died down pretty quickly.

what might have happened is that the PoE foot guards were in the loot hopper and a little while ago someone realised the likelyhood of them poping out in time was low and realised the effect of their falling into the "wrong" hands. so, in a knee-jerk myoptic manner, this became the only viable solution, to them. perhaps, it is the only viable solution remaining, I don't know.

I have real trouble when some people are treated differently by MA than others. MA must be impartial. otherwise, it's cheating. cheating is bad in a game that markets itself as an RCE. cheating lessens trust and you must have trust in the RCE's overlord.

We are all equal ingame, but some are more equal than others.

When I've calmed down enough to resist using expletives I will open a support case. About 40K ped turned over since VU 9.0 for me and so far looted a male (L) pair with 30 ped on them, prob won't even last a week, and two bottom end female pairs. This wouldn't have caused ill feelings if the fg's we personally require actually dropped regularly and were readily available to all.

Soundboy, I am sorry for your losses! You must feel like someone put their hand in your wallet and took out $2000. That is basically what happened. You had foot protection prior to the last update and know you don't. So you try to adapt and be a good Entropian and you end up $2000 poorer and still no foot protection. This is exactly what MA planned.

It would have been different if you spent the $2000 trying to get something you did not have prior to the update.

Wake up Entropians ........ this will happen again and again until we stand up and fight for it not to happen. MA is showing its true colors here. The only way to fight this crap is to take a break from the game (maybe stop hunting until this gets corrected). Also, post a support issue complaining about the problem! You need to voice your feelings and future intentions if this does not get resolved.

I think poe armor is a special case armor and I have no problem with it being treated differently.

Regular armor sets are getting more expensive because of the foot guards, but I don't think poe should/will. Regular armor sets are parted out. Who is going to part out poe armor? It's a full set of poe as it was before 9.0.

And I can't think of many people that have been more fortunate than you Stormer, I wouldn't be whining in your shoes...
