PoE Footguards given to PoE owners

Total decay will be the same but split amongst 7 parts instead of 6, each part will decay less than previously.

eg A hit on the shin currently will become either a hit on the shin or a hit on the footguard.

Ok, i haven´t read that but if that´s how it will work then ok. But knowing MA they will make the parts decay even more then before.

no. they will raise the hit rate by 16.667%. most people will not notice this, and if you did you might (incorrectly) conclude that you're just back to where you were before.

why?

the ability to extrapolate is highly useful.

if you provide the factual statement that the addition of the foot guards increases your overall protection, you should temper that with the rest of the equation you used to derive it or your statement is misleading.

so...

the addition of the footguards increases the overall protection of a full set of armour by 16.67% (one seventh) providing the hit rate of each creature remains the same.

Well its not the first time they nerfed stuff in game (can we count the times on 2 hands anymore).

So this would not be a suprise. They'll problaly just add the "Creatures AI has been updated to be more realistic" and behind that it justs the improve as you mention. So that we can't come later and complain they dident mention they changed it...

I'm still on it too but when support needs one week to tell me that they are not the place to ask about things that happened in game and then another 5 days to tell me where to search the email adress, yes they cant provide me a mail adress where to send the complaint but they send you to a website to search for it - ROFL that shows their support - in fact that shows that they do not want to support you but to make it as difficult as possible for their customers to file a complaint.

They already changed the attack type of many mobs from close to ranged so they need now Dodge and not Evade so they hit the armor more often than bevore as 95% of hunters have more Evdae than dodge so these mobs generate more decay/income to MA. Or they need another source of income beside they clothes/armor put on decay they intreoduced.


PS I still think this is because too much people take out a lot of US$ every month from the Entropia Universe and as the playerbase is not growing enough fast MA needs more sources of income (also known as Decay)

It seems you are the only one adamantly against resolving this issue. Do you get a thrill out of coming here with the sole intention of insulting people? It seems you are trying to get this thread locked for your own interests by enticing people to join in on your immature insult fight.

By the way, after giving it some thought a 7th part WOULD make your decay bill higher. The reason for this would be that when your armor is at a higher TT you decay more because it protects more. With another part on the set your protection will last longer than with 6, but it will also cost more as your TT will stay closer to full on each piece.
