Yes, and Pathfinder, which also is a non-normal armor as it cannot be acquired within Entropia. Any future armor sets (or equal) that has the same traits will be handled the same way.

As already told it would have taken MindArk some time from a programmer to put them in the loot of a mob, if on a Elite Argonaut or if they would have created a spawn of Big Bulk for that to drop, MA would have had a lot of possibilities to not once again favour some players and doom the rest.

Yes, that is technically possible, but as I wrote in the reply, "...because PotE armor will never be lootable or available through any "normal" Entropia system." that could not be done in this case. Some items are special items and are treated in special ways. That will always be the case.

To 90% of players, various means will be the auction/private sale.

Surely the POE footguards could've been traded in a similar way.

They should've been put in loot at best and at very worst, handed to the holders of the robot parts !! Giving them to current owners just shows that they have been given preferential treatment for having a bigger bank balance than most for paying 50K+ for a suit of armour.

It might never be lootable - but thats decided by MindArk - so in my book if it won't ever be looted, it shouldn't ever be in the game..

Its looted by some corrupted MA employee to the owners of PoE and thats plain wrong...

- Rep for you and entire MA for handling footguards that bad - and on top giving it to the owners of PoE just because U didn't wanna program an Eomon something could drop those 5 footguards.

If some of the "not so" wealthy people who looted the transmitters didn't sold the PotE armor for big $$, you can bet they would be given the foot guards as well.

It is not a question of $$.
