Where are the Shadow Footguards?

Where are they? I cannot even find a pair to BUY let alone trying to loot one.

Am I doing something wrong here? If so please tell me.

I'm open to all your wild suggestions and ideas. I hear that if you eat a mexican red chilli before a hunt the chances of you looting footguards increase by 10%. Is this true? Am I eating it incorrectly? Should I try eating the other end first?

EPs it only works if you take the full chili, in mouth, sideways and swallow it that way too... without chewing it.

Tried both ways and no result so I think it's a hoax.. A very reliable source though told me that the secret is to drink a pint of beer with 1 ostrich egg and 100 ml of chocolate syrup (stirred not shaken) every day for a month. Give it a shot and please share with the community if you saw results

yes, it is verified that chilli helps! if it's 10% or 12% is not quite certain yet...

but we've been told the droprate was high enough before 9.1, you have to believe that by now! =)

Maybe by limiting the number of footguards for shadow they are trying to reduce the demand for the set as a whole and therefor reduce its cost.

It's no secret. You need to kill (on average) just over 17 million Hogglo's to loot a pair. The chance that that pair fits your avi's gender is slightly less than 4%. So you need to multiply 17+ million with 25+, (425+ million Hogglo's) and you know what to do. Now get cracking, with a bit of effort you should have your footies by Sunday night.
