I am going to try something out for a while. A new pricing system - determined by the customer!

Basically when you come by my apartment (Treasure Island City, Gold building, floor 8, apartment E) I will give you the haircut of your choice and you get to choose how much you pay for it. So you can choose a haircut for as low as 0.01 PED, or as high as 9,999.99 PED (though I highly doubt anybody is going to come for a 9k ped haircut, it'd be nice! )

Edit: Unlocked facial hair and facial hair coloring again!
Facial hair: 10 ped
Facial hair coloring: 10 ped

I chipped out recently and sold the skills so I could afford to lower my prices like this, so I went down to 12 styles.
