Hello Fellow Beauticians, and to all who use our services!

In light of recent events, I would like to re-start the guild thread, and put a general call out to all beauticians to try and get an idea of who we have, and what stats we posses. For myself, I would like this info so if I have a customer wanting a cut/procedure I cannot offer, I will know best who to send them too. I am also just plain curious to see what level everyone else is at!

Recently, we lost an integral member of the Guild; Pinky. (I will try to make this sound like you are not dead!) Not only was she one of the best beauticians in EU, but also a charismatic and fun colonist who gave much to our wonderful community. I know her leaving EU will affect many; whether they were dear friends, or by the fact that now there are a few hairstyles currently unavailable to us. I do not know if this is fact (please correct me! ), but I also heard that Akoz has finally decided to discontinue hairstyling as well, and has sold all his skills. Again, if this is true, we lost a great beautician (though he is still alive and kicking in EU!!! ), and with him I am sure at least a few unique hairstyles. My sincerest best wished to both of you in your future endeavers, whether they are in EU or not!

I am sure this now gives many of us an incentive to strive to become the best, and I would like to wish each and everyone one of you lots of luck and skill! So please, if you wouldn't mind, reply with your skill level and the styles offered, and as soon as I get home I am going to do the same!

(Please do not go into too much detail or post pictures, in addition to being a great resource for us, this will also serve as a one-stop for clients to see what is available!)

Let's start a new one then .

I now have all the tools to do body, face and hair.

Hair: 13 Hairstyle!
Hairstylist: 2542
Plastic Surgery: 1379
Genetics: 1042

Body: Fitness, height, head size, skin tone
Body sculpting: 717

Face: the 7 first things...
Face sculpting : 179 (i R noob!)

Others skills that may be involved:
Dexterity : 2182
Agility :63
Serendipity : 2000

I just have 5 styles

HS 411

I should be skilling more and will do those styles free for the POOR!
I still like tips (including gel or spray)!

This is a great start!

As promised, here are my meagre stats I don't plan on getting into face or body sculpting any time soon; I want to become much more skilled at hairstyling first, as well as build up a stronger client base and reputation

Hairstyles: 7
Hairstyling: 1023
Plastic Surgury: 438
Genetics: 186

I unlocked hair colour around the same time as my latest style, though I cannot give an exact account of when it happened; somewhere between 900-1000 skills.

Dexterity: 534
Agility: 39

As suggested by Pinky, I am going to go through the old Guild thread and try and find any relevant info that may help out. This post from Pinky I think is pertinent, as it gives an idea of how quicky you can expect to unlock each new hairstyle. (Bear in mind this was an old post of hers).

LAST HAIR UNLOCK @ 2670 Number 12 due @ 3020

For hair unlocks, they seem to come every 350 skill levels, however the gaps between them are shortening as I skill up in the other beauty areas.

Fashion design was only unlocked about a week ago, so you can get a rough idea of the skill levels for that too...

Regarding Body and face unlocks - I have no idea and would appreciate others sharing this information with me... for example, last night I was skilling hair and unlocked skin colour on body, so obviously the other skills relate directly to unlocks too...

As RL permits, I will be going through the rest of the thread to continue this mission. If anyone else would like to help, that would be great!!!

Nice post but...
I think this infos are not good anymore. You get the unlock faster now (each 200-250lvl). You should look for her post after the VU.

it's nice to see that you all are still going.

as before, I would like to experiement with this profession, but I'm unable to obtain the equipment. I have a curious situation which I think would be interesting to explore. if anyone would have and equipment they'd like to pass along at a fair price, I'd be interested.

I will start making more detailed notes as i reach each unlock vs. my prof standing, and let you know what I find!
