Ship in unuseable condition

Support case lodged, as follows:

Hi there,

I am a pilot - my hangar is at Blue Zone East #09.
The deed is in my inventory, and is unrestricted.

At approx 23:00 MA time on Saturday April 5, I launched from the hangar, with a shipload of passengers, bound to CP.

The launch appeared normal, but when the 'Destination Reached' message cleared, I found myself sitting in space at my hangar location, but without ship or hangar visible.
I was unable to use chat, either the local or soc channels.
I waited a couple of minutes, then disconnected, allowing the timer to countdown completely.

On logging back in, the passengers all reported similar experiences.

However, none of us were able to select the seats in the ship.
The 'Activate HUD' button was selectable, but the seats themselves were not.
All relogged, without improvement.

I traded the deed to a trusted friend, and he could enter the ship, but he also could not select any seats.
He then returned the deed to me.

I refunded the fares to the passengers, and flew to CP with another pilot, in the hope that the ship had 'arrived' there, albeit without passengers or pilot.

I checked all hangars on CP. They were either empty, or the ship showed 'Estate Restricted', and I was unable to enter any.

I have returned to Calypso via the TP.

Please will you investigate this as a matter of urgency, and return the ship to a usable condition in my hangar.

My sincere apologies to those passengers affected by this.
I have done everything I can think of to find a solution to this.
Any reasonable suggestions would be appreciated.

Failing alternatives, I will resume flying when Support rectify the problem.

I think it was the space pirates that messed up your ship.

No, no, no... It was space gremlins. Everyone knows the pirates aren't here yet..

As I recall - when I logged in next day, I went down to have a look at the ship, and all was in working order.

As MA Support had not yet responded to the support case I lodged, my guess is that the NSB server fell over and was rebooted, restoring the ship to normal.
