I have 2 deeds in my inventory that are expired now, and I wasnt able to extract the whole claim either. I sent in a support case as well and got the same bull shit answer you did. I was in open ground on cnd so nothing is blocking my way of extracting it all. Way to go MA you Fucktards.

I suggest ppl go around the normal avenues of support, quoting the support cases you are unhappy with - total lie saying they can't do anything - i think the new support team needs

Well I think like the support is not too familiar with the game and after 10000 whining cases like "my claim is under a rock what to do" they just stick to this text without actually knowing what you want to tell them. Better hope Marco reads this thread.

What a terrible way to run a business.

They're uncaring response in any other walk of life would result in legal action but they seem to believe they can get away with anything.

This is an RCE ..do support even know what that means?

It's not some freebee MMO,people put they're REAL hard earned cash into this and seing your regular finds in chat,you must have made and lost a fortune.
Take it higher than support if you can and the best of luck to you in getting true justice.

And if Marco is the community liason for EU then he SHOULD respond to posts like this because this is exactly the reason for having him around imo.

This happened to me once a few years back. Got a massive cald ( at the time worth +600 peds) and got about 400 ped out of it when servers went down for a few hours. As they came back up I could not extract more ore from the claim. Got a similar response from support. Quickly forgot about it and moved on.
