no idea but if so that should be the ava that you need to contact if you have problems with IG items because that is the ava that owns the store and the connection with the RW contact

There used to be a website but its no more so I don't think they are an active company any longer.

They need to remove the RL items in the shop keepers if they cannot fullfill their orders.

Maybe sell off that portion of Oxford to someone with a zest for EU and clothing design that will fullfill their obligations.

I purchased an item and it stated that it had custom colours and it had costom colours when viewing the item, but after i purchace the item the costom colours were removed i also have screenshots viewing the item

I believe all VG items were either uncolored and colorable or had set colors and were not colorable (no C after item description).

Either way this is an IG item so just open a support ticket, you dont need VG (and I dont think they even exist anymore).
