I would like to get my hands on an Urban Nomad Centurion Coat. How rare is it? I have heard there are very few in-world. Was it a looted item, or was it able to be purchased from the NPC Tailors in Hades back in old times?

It was a looted item. I'd guess there are maybe... 10-15 M coats in game. I just sold mine about a month ago.

The urban nomad storm coat is cooler, its all black with white details, looks so much nicer and is much less common than the centurion coat

But there is only 3, Eps, Rilort and Skalman (was 4 but that guy is banned) and none are for sale that I'm aware of.

Thanks for the link. I actually have the other three pieces to the outfit. Now I just need that expensive Centurion coat
Yeah, it is useless and won't help me hunt Atrox any better, but I really like it.
