I flew upthere but cant TP to control room - only docks and main complex, pretty annoying...

It had sometimes happed that the TP's aint working, youll notice tho, couse everyone is in main complex :P
They usually come up in a while tho.

Kinda like when a server goes down and youll get stuck on an outpost -.-

The control room and domes are on one server and the docks and main complex are on another. Maybe just a server down for a time and you just unlucky it coincided with your arrival at CND
