my goals of 570 points engineering

I am tring to achieve 570 points in engineering by the end of april. I have been making basic filters for about three days now and have got 14 points so far. was wondering if there is any way to speed up the prossess, a differnt bp, set the machine to higher condition , anything that could possibly boost my points with even a little more speed. Thank you in advance any advice.

What is your Engineering lvl now?

Maybe switch to Standard Dampers, see if you can find a 100QR BP. It would go quicker for just 1 more oil per click

Best thing after you hit proffession level 1.
Anything else is a waste of time (even if the guides recommend it)

I guess I just assumed that you had gained +14 since starting your goal.

Filters probably are still your best option then. See what your CoS on a 100QR Damper BP is as you progress. Once it gets green (or yellowish green even) it may be worth trying that.

Or Simple I Conductors for the SIB. Definitely would go much much quicker than filters but more expensive to make.

OT: Forget the filters!
Simply look at the skill gain after 500 runs of filters or after 500 runs of dampers. Started 3 months ago and thought the filters would be the way. Skilled it up to QR50, managed level 1 in Profession but afterwards the skill gain was almost not there. All the guides recommend filters, but i really see no sense in wasting time and PEDs (because of the zillions of failures).
I have the feeling the filters got nerved.
Thumb rule is, the more one attempts costs, the higher the skill gain
