Extractors, save or TT?

Hi crafters.
I am looting "alot" of texturising extractors when I am out hunting.
Is anyone buying them or should i just TT them? So far i have saved them, but would be nice to reinvest the peds soon

This was not meant to be a buy and sell thread, more like an advise what to do with them, and i gouess that the crafters should be best to answer if they need it or not.

Well might include that if you are interested in buying them you can send me a PM and Ill get back to you with what I have.

Well, I just tried to sell many thousands of them at (pretty much) TT and got no bids. I think we should either use them or TT them and stop wasting time thinking they have a value.

I've actually noticed this as well. I tried putting up 8k of the basic cloth extractors (or w/e the ones are that are used with the technician BP), at 101% BO. Not a single bid or BO. I didn't TT them, but was very disappointed.

I can, however, quite readily sell the 3k%+ extractors very easily. Odd, that!

I make textures from time to time... no hardcore skilling. Usually I loot enough extractors since my main profession is hunting.

I was thinking about putting up a thread before but since this came I´ll post here.

Two times I have bought extractors from auction. The rest of the times I´ve gone out hunting since the only way to buy anything from auction is to buy 8-20 K extractors. No one is selling 2K. I would buy extractors more often if the where smaller amounts of them on auction.

I will not buy 8K extractors to do a 1K/click run.
Just imagine the cost to buy 8K wool cloth.

I know the auction fee is a huge part of the small profit with 104-105% on most extractors.

But if you put up 2K batches and make a smaller profit I think you will have more customers than to put up 8-20K that will not sell, meaning you loose the auctionfee and get your extractors back.

Just my 2pec.

I also have problems to sell all the extractors I loot. It seems that the buyers prefer lower amount and are willing to pay higher mark-up than.

since I do in textures myself I feel the need to post this here :

yes lotsa common Extractors like Inferior Cloths, Basic Stone, other Cloths Extractors and such did not get sold that good since there are masses of them around in auction too and those use to drop in bigger Amounts while hunting then the more rare ones.

Extractors wich should be sold easily are usually:

Basic Mineral, advanced Mineral , enhanced Mineral, all metal ones and Plastic ones........ also a good chance to sell advanced leather ones ..... you only need to check Auction orders or try to find people willing to pay Daily markup on them.

I am myself not a millionaire but I mostly need the Mineral, Metal and Plastic ones for my texture crafting.

Still depends on my Pedcard sadly :P otherwise I would like to buy more of them. If you have some of the named Extractors for Sale pls pm me and we can see what I can take

but dont forget the option that most of the more rare ones usually possible to sell via auction if you check for Orders on them :-)

Cheers
