Just for a statistical reason.....
huge hof is equalent to 500 times TT value of component crafted

Perhaps you could state what you consider "huge". 300 times the TT value and above?

a 15 ped mini on basic filters is equivalent to a 300ped hof on simple plastic ruds I, for example.

I would say as long as you ask MA nicely before you atempt you can get it at any time no mather of your condition/quantity settings.
