Help: Is there a skill bug with new VU?

Hi All,

As I am crafting, after I get skill gain Mechanics and Engineering. I check the numbers and Mechanics point increases by one but Engineering does not increase. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

didnt notice anything so far, gone up some levels since the last VU...

It doesn't always go up 1 exact point, might go up like 0.5 points and so on.

I can bet everything I have that your Mechanics are way lower then Engineering. If you didn't do some chipping in/out on the matter, I'd guess a 1/10 to 1/7 Mechanics vs. Engineering. Hence, a skillgain on say 300 Mechanics would most probably increase a full level, while a skillgain on say 2-3000 Engineering will barely move the bar. Sounds normal.
