Lovely guide bar one thing, you've fallen into the American trap of spelling how you speak and several times have put "then" when it should be "than". People who do this look less intelligent than (not then) those who do not. I'm sure you are intelligent, as the guide is really nice.

Very informative. Covers the things you need to know. I liked the evaluation part.

The pictures where really big, I run in 1280x1024 and the pictures was way to big even in that resolution. when working with the web you have to keep in mind that you NEVER know what settings the guy in the other end has. IMO you should scale them down or even use clickable thumbnails.
