I suspect you had more of a luck thing there Jaas. I have been doing a bit of crafting of late and have seen it go both ways in speed. There may be some effect in that most of my BP quality rating increases have occured off successes. But I would not count on it

Well, theoretically, wouldn't he gain more skills if he suceeded less in certain attempts?


I don't craft, so have no idea tbh. But this is the general theory with hunting skills.

You get extra skill/qr when you get bigger loots too same with hunting, you see a line of many crits, huge skills and a big global in the end. You didn't actually fail...
