selling appartment at sakura d style appartment in kansha building. starting bid 1 efd,

bids must be in increments of no more or less than 10.
this is to make it fun as someone may get a great deal if there are only a few bids rather than it just rocketing up to the final price, so each post stating they are bidding counts for 10 efd each person can only bid once then must be out bid by another before bidding again. auction ends 15th july at 15:00 MA time

for the winner there are a few supprise gifts inside as i am leaving eu and cant be bothered to withdraw.

there is no buyout.
