Many of the features of the EFD store are already working:

Donate
Bank
Lottery
Icon Shop

Links to all of these can be found in the Quick Links menu of the navigation bar at the top of every EF page.

As for username/title customizations and other features, that will take a bit more time, as I am waiting for the release of the addon package to enable such features in the new EFD system.

I expect that to be within 3-4 weeks or so.

However other EFD features that do not depend on the release of that addon may be added before then.

It is a result of the way the forum caches information to improve performance. You will notice that this only happens for the last 1 or 2 posts in a thread, that have been recently updated. The only difference is that I did not wish to display any decimals in the postbit area (the section to the left of every post), so I modified the display there. Again, you will notice that the only times decimals are displayed in the postbit is for the last 1 or 2 posts in a thread, or if you use the edit function on a post (which invokes an AJAX database query rather than a full page load).

The whole EFD store is not up yet and won't be for a couple weeks, all that is up right now is the Icon Shop, Bank, and Lottery Tickets/Donate which can all be reached through the quick links in the top navigation bar.
