Entropiatracker needs you!

We are currently building a new website as the front end to Entropia tracker. On this new website there will be a lot of new features, once of which will be a weekly "report". This is where you come into the picture. We need someone who can read the charts to come up with advice on what to hunt in the next week.

We are looking for ppl with analysis skills (stock brokers?), math skills (analysis / statistics) and "Ingame skills" (You need to know how to weight the numbers against events inside EntropiaUniverse).

We can provide you with all the info you need to give your advice. Be it number of globals on mobs, value of loot. Balance between "big loots" and regular loots. Combined charts - "merge two or more mobs so they look as one" and so on (You might think a loot patterncovers multiple mobs to give a better looking chart).


The weekly reports will be downloadable from entropiatracker.com and you as the writer of the reports will earn money sending those reports to us - We can figure out later what you want for the reports.

And please can u include a feature were we can choose if we want our loots public or no. Infact its like ingame skills. We can choose to make it public or no. Thats the basis of privacy.
Tracker is cool, even if results are private. But we should have the choice !

ET tracks globals. These are public, for all to see.
No information is published that isn't already available to everyone.

Well, the tracker works on only publicly available data, that is, only global chat data.

You can't choose to turn those off...

So they are always public, no matter if entropiatracker remembers them for you or not.

Well globals are public ingame in window. But the tracker sumns it up. Then taxe men can have a direct look at "only" ur globals/hofs gains who can be not realy related to what u have spent ingame, according to the actual game way.

I still want this option. choosing if i want or no making public my total gains. I never ever said that Entropia Tracker is a bad idea. Im the first who is currious to see how much i won, since i dont count.

I also agree that there should be an option to hide your statistics. There´s a big difference between a global popping up in a chat window and saving all your globals to a database.
All other tracker programs I know from FPSs also have this option.

So lets say we are interested. How do we apply?

This might be quite hard and not 100% accurate as EU is dynamic..

On the legal side:
One simple thing about the "IRS will bend me over if they see my globals".... You dont own anything on your account, read the EULA. MindArk owns your account and all items on it. So i think its pretty hard for the IRS to tax yoiu for something you dont own.


On the morale side:
Ill consider making "your avatarname" hidden.
So instead of it saying "Starfinder" on a mob page it will say "Hidden avatarname".
(Consider is not the same as i will make it - if i were to make a permanent decision now I wouldent do it).
