One other thing that might evolve from this experiment is greater understanding from high skilled players. I joined EU a year ago and had luck finding a great helpful soc first day. Although not looking for it and didn´t know what it´s purpose was

if u mind i can give u some advises for ur research;
first of all i want answers for some question
is it possible to play as a noob without depositing and according to that howlong it takes er.. for ex unlock a martial arts
did u met any other noobs just start recently and how often they are ?
mabe er can make some corresponding for the last few year rates
did u think about depositing 10 euro effect ur chance in game?
so if it makes some luck bonus ur avatar will become not exactly a standart newbie ( little lucky then an undepositor noob mabe..)

I love the idea pinky, and personally wouldnt be able to get away from what i know now.
